Solid Surface Vacuum-Formers 

The ability to form solid surface materials opens many new horizons that were not before possible. Our Solid Surface Vacuum Formers are designed for years of use. We manufacture two standard sizes. Custom sizes can also be made.

The SSVF12 is large enough to handle a full sheet. The frame opens up 28” to accommodate tall projects. The silicone membrane can be easily removed. The vacuum system uses a large reserve tank so there is always plenty of vacuum at your disposal and there is a vacuum control switch so the pump only runs when it is need. There is a release button to clear the vacuum in the forming area quickly. It’s very easy to use. Many shapes can be easily formed with solid surface materials that will form in any direction.
