GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We strive to offer fair and transparent shipping rates based on actual shipping costs and service levels. All shipping charges are calculated based on the nature of the product ordered, delivery location, and customer preferences at the time of purchase.
All shipments are fully insured for loss or damage during transit.
SHIPPING METHODS
A. Parts Orders
- Parts are shipped via:
- Drop-shipped directly from a vendor where applicable.
- Shipped from our warehouse via UPS Ground.
- Shipping charges for UPS Ground are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery region.
- For Overnight, 2-day, or Express shipping, customers must contact us prior to purchase to obtain an accurate shipping quote.
- Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout using estimated weight-based rates for Ground shipments.
- Any additional handling or processing fees are included in the shipping charge displayed during checkout.
B. Machinery Orders
- Machinery ships via LTL Freight (Less-Than-Truckload)
- Standard shipping is quoted by our third-party freight brokers. We select carriers based on the best available pricing, reliability, and transit time.
- Website orders will include estimated weight-based and regional shipping charges. Crating costs for online orders are already included in the shipping charge.
- For direct quotes, the shipping quote will include:
- Freight cost based on ship-to location
- Separate itemized crating fees based on machine size and preparation requirements
PICKUP & CUSTOMER-ARRANGED FREIGHT
- Customers may arrange their own shipping or pick up machinery at our facility.
- All pickups and customer-arranged shipments must be scheduled in advance and coordinated with our logistics team.
- Pickup days and hours will be scheduled on a case-by-case basis.
- When customer-arranged freight is used:
- The customer must provide a valid Bill of Lading (BOL). We will safely load the carrier’s truck or trailer.
- Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon loading.
LTL ACCESSORIAL CHARGES
LTL freight rates are based on delivery address and shipment characteristics. Certain accessorial fees may apply:

All applicable accessorial charges will be disclosed at the time of the quote.
5. INSURANCE
- All shipments, whether UPS, LTL, or customer-arranged, are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.
- Any damage must be documented on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery and reported to us immediately to initiate a freight claim.
6. SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Shipping charges provided at checkout or by quote are estimates based on current carrier rates at the time of order.
- Seller is not responsible for carrier delivery delays or service failures once shipments have been tendered.
- Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon carrier pickup.
