Are you handy with tools and have a knack for building things? Schultz Forming Products is seeking an individual to join our team for a part-time position, working up to 10 hours a week building and building crates for our Thermoforming equipment, including Thermoforming Ovens and Vacuum Formers.

No experience? No problem! We're willing to train the right candidate who has a sense of mechanical workings and a passion for hands-on work.

On-the-Job Training

Learn valuable skills on the job with hands-on training. Whether you're a seasoned handyman or just starting out, we'll teach you everything you need to know about building and building crates our machines.

Variety of Tasks

From riveting machines together (almost like Legos) to cutting up lumber and plywood for crates, cutting and annealing glass, and building subassemblies, you'll enjoy a diverse range of tasks that keep the job interesting.

Tools & Equipment

Have fun working with a variety of common tools and equipment, including rivet guns, hand drills, hand torches, nail guns, chop saws, drill presses, welding machines, panel saws, forklifts, grinders, cold saws, and milling machines. We provide all the tools you need to get the job done efficiently, and we'll teach you how to use any equipment you're not familiar with.
