RETURN POLICY — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Return Policy applies to all purchases of parts, equipment, and machinery (collectively, “Products”) sold by Schultz Forming Products (“Seller”) to purchasers (“Buyer”). By purchasing Products from the Seller, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding returns, restocking fees, and associated costs.

1. GENERAL RETURN TERMS

1. All returns require prior written authorization from Seller. Buyer must obtain a valid Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any Product.
2. Unauthorized returns or returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted and may be returned to Buyer at Buyer’s sole expense.
3. All returned Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Buyer assumes full responsibility for any damage incurred during return shipping due to improper packaging.

2. RETURNS — PARTS

1. Parts may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the original date of delivery.
2. Returned parts must be unused, uninstalled, in new condition, and in original packaging, including all manuals, components, and accessories.
3. All returns are subject to Seller’s inspection and approval upon receipt.
4. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning parts.
5. A restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) will be applied to all parts returns.
6. Seller reserves the right to deny credit for any parts returned damaged, installed, modified, or otherwise rendered unsalable.

3. RETURNS — MACHINES & EQUIPMENT

1. Machines may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the original date of delivery.
2. Machines must be unused, in like-new condition, free of damage or excessive wear, and accompanied by all original documentation and accessories.
3. Buyer is responsible for all return freight costs, which may be arranged by:
   1. Buyer independently, or
   1. Seller, in which case Seller will provide a Bill of Lading (BOL) and deduct actual freight charges from Buyer’s credit.
4. A restocking fee of forty percent (40%) will be applied to all machine returns.
5. Any returned machine requiring refurbishment, repair, cleaning, or replacement of missing components to restore it to resalable condition will incur additional charges. These refurbishment costs will be determined solely by Seller following inspection.
6. Machines returned damaged or in unsalable condition may be rejected and returned to Buyer at Buyer’s expense.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

1. Custom orders, special-order items, built-to-order equipment, discontinued items, and items sold as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

1. Refunds, credits, or exchanges will be processed only after Seller has received and inspected the returned Product(s).
2. The total refund amount will be calculated as follows:
3. Original purchase price minus restocking fees, return shipping charges (if applicable), and refurbishment or repair costs (if applicable).
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at Seller’s discretion.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. Seller shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from any return or refusal of return, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or downtime.
2. This Return Policy is subject to change at Seller’s sole discretion without prior notice.
